Tucked away on the second floor, furthest from the primary bedrooms, lies The Clubroom – a hidden gem designed as a retreat. Once the maids’ quarters, this space, perched above the garage, is accessed through the back stairwell just off the kitchen.

What were once two cozy, confined rooms have now been reimagined into one expansive, inviting space, seamlessly blending the energy of the main floor with an intimate ambiance.

The design draws inspiration from the architectural charm and cultural essence of the 1920s and ’30s, when the home was first built. Best described as “equal parts sophistication and soul, with a hint of wit,” The Clubroom radiates warmth and character – a space to be savored. It’s the room that beckons you at the close of the day, whether for unwinding with a glass of wine and a good book, enjoying a family game night, or hosting guests for a nightcap and lively conversation.

…the multi-faceted space is equal parts sophistication and soul, with a healthy dash of wit.
